Verbal Ink’s Subtitling Services
This creates captions that match the audio in your media.
We can provide you with a synchronized text in the language of your choice. We offer multiple formats, and we can also add the subtitles to your video. We are happy to help you as you upload your subtitles to your own video service provider such as YouTube, Vimeo, or others.
Our subtitling services team will ensure that the project is right the first time, so that you have the confidence that your video will be well received by your target audience. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
You are charged on a per minute basis of video, and once we know a little bit more about your project, deadline, and language it is in, we will be able to give you a detailed quote. If you already have a transcript we can convert that into a usable subtitling file.
If you’ve never used a subtitling service before, you may have a few questions. We’ve listed a few of the most commonly ones we get asked, but if you don’t see the information you need here, simply give us a call or contact us.
What is the difference between closed captioning and subtitling?
Closed captioning services are similar to subtitling services, but serve a different function. They are primarily used for the deaf or hard of hearing to assist them in understanding the video being watched. Subtitling is often used to provide an understanding of the media for people who speak another language.
Can you translate the subtitles into another language?
Absolutely. Simply give us a list of the target languages you need and our subtitling services team will take it from there.
Is there a preferred subtitling format?
The most common format is SRT, but we will provide you with any format that you need for your project.
